As unbelievable as it sounds a group called Ketzev have done a version of Total Eclipse Of The Heart in Yiddish

According to Jamie Spangler, Ketzev's soprano and business manager, the group can be charcterized as "a very animated, diverse bunch." Though Ketsev sings a majority of songs in Hebrew and Yiddish, including a Hebrew version of the classic "Total Eclipse of the Heart," Spangler asserts that the group is "not necessarily just the 'Jew Crew.'" In fact, about one-third of the group is not even Jewish.

I've heard some weird covers of Steinman's song's sung in many different languages but Total Eclipse in Hebrew will probably beat the lot of them.

I gave a link to the actual article but I don't have the actual clip, which is a blessing in itself.

You can however visit their website http://www.jhu.edu/~ketzev/ and click on their discography page and download some songs. But be warned, they don't sound pretty
