Vicki,

That's wonderful, thanks for the news. Although I have to say, I'm not familiar with the movie. Any idea on the story line?

Hi Tex :)
You're welcome.
The story is about two young people in a mental institution who fall in love ... Meat has a supporting role as another mental patient. Here's the direct link to the movie on the IMDB :

I saw it last night on Lifetime tv .. and it was excellent :-)
The story was very touching, and all of the actors did a great job.
Meat was a riot ... he was really believable as a crazy mental patient (is that good or bad ? :lmao:) and looked like he was having a lot of fun.

It was the edited version of the movie .. the producer has said that they're going to releasing an "unedited" version on DVD soon ... and I can't wait to see what they cut out for tv.

I, too, saw the movie, and agree it was well acted. Meat was fantastic as a patient "with psychotic episodes." He was totally believable, with all the gestures, expressions and no glamour or sprucing up at all - he looked and acted like an out-of-it mental patient. He got outside the Meat Loaf persona and became another person.

You're exactly right about Meat ... that's the sign of an excellent actor :-)

I just saw Crazy Love, and it has a really good story line to it, not just a "I watched it because Meat was in it" kind of film. I found it quite enjoyable. :)) I do wish Meat had a larger role in it though, as he is totally believable as one of the patients, and it's one of the few times, where I don't see Meat Loaf, I only see the character he is playing. Well done, Meat. :))
