Meat wasnt on, he was on clips and that but Pearl was.
Only very short video clips and family photos of Meat. You do get to see Pearl though and hear her thoughts on Meat as a father. Out of all the children of rock stars interviewed Pearl's upbringing came across as much more "normal" and stable than any of the others.
There are also short clips of Pearl on stage with Motley Crue and singing with her band Mother Superior.
Enjoy!

Hi, just joined forum. I am a longtime Meat fan. Some know me as jackie O. (hi wezzzie). :D
Just wanted to say I was watching American idol last week(todayis jan. 23) and one of the contestants said he was going to do a Meat Loaf song Simon got a disgusted look on his face . The guy tried to belt out a few words (and he was awful) and Simon told him to stop. I don't know the song name b/c he didn't get that far. I just heard "Meat Loaf" and my ears perked up. I have been hoping to see someone make a stab at one the great ones songs. Perhaps someone else sawthe show?

The song the Idol contestant, tried to sing was "Anything For Love", Rocki. He didn't start at the very beginning of the song, he started at the first chorus, so that may have thrown you off, what he was trying to sing.
Welcome to the neighborhood, as well. :D

Hi jackie O and welcome. I remember you from the old Loafdom days. Good to see you here! :D

I slightly screwed up on my previous answer, about the Idol song... the guy started on the first "verse" not chorus. Sorry, about that.
