Two were belated birthday cards, one was from the ex who was worried i wouldn't get any this year!! and one was from a la on here who is the bestest mate in the entire world ever!!!!

Incidentally,

I have to say i got a special mentiona nd third prize in the newsagents radio comp this morning to find the newsie who had sent the best valentines day message in a card.

Obviously with a Meat theme, it read:

BEST DAY EVER!!!!

We agreed just to do cards as he couldn't come home this week - first Valentine's Day apart - but instead he had a huge bouquet of red roses and pink lillies, a box of chocolates and a very sweet little teddy bear delivered to my college!!!

Zilch..... as usual. Well, I'd be amazed if himself did get me a card, bearing in mind the only anniversary card he's ever bought me had a picture of a rotweiller on the front.

I'll let him off though, as last week with him was amazing. ;)
