I drive a Magna sedan that I named 'Magda", (the quintessential fat chick's car). Shouldn't every Grandma drive one of these? Hey, it gets me from A to B and back again!

Luckily we have a Smart Rapid Response Force just ready and waiting to gang up on any Ford Explorers who want to start something!!

I am trying to find the images of the day we took 200 down the M1 in colour co-ordinated convoy and took over the motorway.

Shame it'd take the rapid response force three hours to get out of that car park :lmao:

Chris
22 Feb 2006, 11:33
From sounding the Prepare Signal (First verse of the Smart Song) to the last car taking it's handbrake off and setting off was just over 21 minutes!!!
There is a heck of a lot of planning goes into these events!!
(yes we are sad geeks!!!)

Ageing Bat
22 Feb 2006, 12:24
I suppose that in theory, you can get twice as many Smarts out of a car park in that time than you could a normal car, as they're only half the size :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Hypnobabe
22 Feb 2006, 12:42
Jeanie, it's a Peugeot 206 CC, there is also a 306 CC available, but mine's nicer ;)

Thanks for the info, Hypnobabe. :D
I guessed it wasn't something available in this country (Canada), as I've not seen one before. I may have to start car shopping overseas. :-)

That group Smart Car pic is neat, Chris. :-) We only have the Smarts that look like yours so far. It's neat to see that they come in other styles as well. I get a big kick out of seeing them on the road, as they are such wee little things. :D
