A Stoney solo released on Motown, this is a great song. Again, it has that classic pop/soul rhythm and great lyrics. I dont know any additional song info for this, but it wasn't released on the Stoney And Meat Loaf but as a single.
6.5/10
Cleaning up the mess a little bit. Here's Garrett's post on the same topic:

Rare Songs: Let Me Come Down Easy
This is a song was not on the album. It was only sung by Stoney herself. But I don't miss Meat's voice on this track. The song isn't such a good one and it's boring. I'm not good in doing threads about songs, which are boring for me. So I'm glad, that this is the last one of this kind, I have to do.
3/10
P.S. The album "Meat Loaf & Stoney" has a few real good pieces (e.g. "Sunshine", "She waits by the window" or "Lady be mine", but also many songs, which are average or even bad.

A fine song. It took me two years to find this single - the promo single was actually much easier to find. The actual single must have sold about 10 copies! Shame about that because it deserved to sell more

I can't say about it is good. The chorus is good but Stoney isn't the best. It's a very average song.
I think between the melody and the string arrangement isn't harmony.
My score: 5

I must have one of the 10 then! ;)
Mine's in really good condish too, awesome track!
It's the US release (I think it was only released there), and I bought it from New Zealand (via Netsoundsmusic.com), and had it sent to the UK for about £10... That probably makes it the vinyl with the biggest carbon footprint ever to land on my turntable!
