I don´t know if somebody noticed it already, if it is so, sorry.

We already spoke about the similarity of the I´d lie for You intro to REO Speedwagon and Don Hanley.
But here´s something much more interessting, didn´t notice it up to now because they are some of my less favorite Meat songs.

Listen to the intros of
Lost Boys and You´re right, I was wrong
Especially the piano part.

What do You think?

I do think its the same kind of intro, yes. both only piano at the beginning and the octave is also the same i think.
but these are the only identical things i can see.... but of course I'm not a musicexpert.....;)

i think its like this: in lost boys the melody kind of steps up at the beginning and in you're right i was wrong the intro plays a variation of the chorus....and that sounds similiar but not the same;)

If you look at who wrote the song 'Dianne Warren' you kinda expect her to rip off Steinman for a Meat album.
