View Full Version : Change the text between the name and the rank?
How can I change the text between my name and my rank. Atm there is standing "super loafer". But for example Radiomaster has "TV sucks" there.
I thought I filled out all possible empty spaces, but there is no change.
I believe there is a mysterious magical number of posts which, when achieved, gives you the ability to change the title.

For me it was somewhere between 700 and 800...
But I assume that everybody got a different number, some people had it even before 700.
Very confusing...
And thanks for using me as example:))
Then I could start another countdown thread to get it:cool:

For the (luckily) short time until bat3 you would have to count the minutes until the release:twisted::lmao:;)

Change the text at your profile page, but do not click on the reset box. Go direct to save changes (or whatever it says there.) But thinking you have not got enough posts up as yet to be able to do that. Keep posting.
I think magic number is somewhere over 600...
WooHoo thanks to this thread, I saw that I could change my text and I have done so! :D :D

The magic number is around 750 as i changed my text yesterday when i had around 750 posts
given away the mystery now lol
OK, I just realised I wanna change mine - and errr.. well. I have a custom one already and I can't see it to change it.
I guess it must be because I've been around since the dawn of time? Ahh well, thats a shame. Nuts.
edit: ok, thats wierd - it says now I'm a Super Loafer - but before it said I was Cute and Cuddly. Now then, I don't believe I'm not cute and cuddly anymore, so I can only guess when I changed my Avatar it whiped clean the 'Custom Title' box and now I'm stuck with just being Super Loafer.
p.p.s. I have a Tshirt from about 7-8 years ago that says I was a "Prize Loafer!" - I must be one of a only a few :P

It looks to me like you don't have enough posts for custom title...I know it's something over 500...but I don't remember what exactly is the magic number...

Well I've got over 1,500 posts and I can't see any option for changing the custom title.

You can change it on your profile ...
Click on UserCP
Click on Edit Profile
Under Optional Information you'll see where it says Custom User Title
Enter the Custom User Title in the white box and click on Save Changes

I have changed the promotion rule a little bit so that users signed up for at least 2 years get this option too.

God I'm going to have to start posting or I'll never get to change mine.
Well that's one more down at least.
The number of posts is 400 and the 2 years! It's not 400 posts, it's more. So you need that unknown amount of posts or you are registered for at least 2 years.

But my 2 years was over in July and i started that thread in August:sherlock:

If you check back a little in this thread, Macrapper, you'll see that R. changed the rule recently...
