According to an advert on ITV, the 51st State ( Meat and Samuel L Jackson ) will be showing at cinemas in the UK from December 17th and is rated 18.

What does 18 mean? Is it restricted to people 18 years of age or over?

Sorry, yeah it's got an 18 certificate so only over 18's can see it ( not that that will stop me! lol )
