Yes!!!!!! Just thought I would tell you all that Meat is on the next 'Now 65' album. It is basically a compilation of the biggest hit's of the past year or 6 months......... Not too sure which. Well done Meat!!! Link is below -

At least meat will have a number 1 by the end of the year :P

I agree............ It's just ashame Mercury can't get off there lazy backsides and promote the album......... I think as soon as the next single is released the album will shoot to the top...... It's just ashame the sales have dropped so dramatically this week. I suppose the lack of sales this week means more sales with the release of the next single..... Who knows.

But if you buy it, then don't play it, that makes it rare....

Good point but I still do not want to spend my money on something that holds no interest to me apart from one song  !!!

Why not? It would be showing your support of Meat.
Besides, people spend money on hookers, and they only have one part of interest. Similar principle.

how on earth does it make it rare just cos you havent played it?

Unplayed cd. Most people buy cd's to play them, I'm guessing...
Although I have no idea how it makes it rare.

In a previous post, in a previous thread, in a land far far away, MeatGril classed a song as being rare because she was too scared to play it incase it got scratched. Some B-Side song to something or other, I can't fully remember all the details.

Buying this compilation cd to support meat? The proceeds that would come from this for the on song would be minimal and even then the ones that make the money are the record company that puts out the entire compliation.
its cut in half!!!!
The song is 3 mins 45 seconds!

Or cut off Rudebox altogether! Ha. That would be in a cold day in Hell but we can all dream.:-P I'm glad the single sold enough in the first couple of weeks to get on this compilation. I have a slight hope this will push single sales as the Now CD compilations are listened to by a younge audience.

And on topic..........
Could be a good thing that it's on the Now album.
Has pretty decent sales figures, so if there is a bit of a promo push before xmas, and peple like IACBTMN off the Now album, it could work to Meat's advantage.
