would that be possible?
As Evaīs site closed there is no place left anymore for a German Meat Loaf talk.

Werner is working on a new one, give him some time :)
I'm not sure if that's a good idea for several reasons.
Nobody knows if Eva's site will remain closed or not, except Eva herself. Having said that, installing a subforum for German Meat Loaf talk may end up in a competitive situation, if Eva decides to switch her site online again.
If we install a German subforum, then we are literally forced to open at least a Dutch area as well, because we have a lot of Dutch visitors. This will mess up the forum structure even more as it is now, and it will get worse with every additional language.
Most of our German visitors speak English pretty well, in fact I'm sure 99% of them had English courses in school, so the language shouldn't be a real problem.
And finally it looks like that there's a temporary backup forum in the works, so we should wait how that works out.
Isn't this the mlUKfc? Going multi-national language wise is a silly idea. It's not hard for people to start a forum in their own language. :)

Doesnt have to, there are the two (this and .net) English forums too, and thereīs no competition between them either.
And if Evaīs site will be back (what I hope), then there are two german forums, thatīs not a problem, I think.

I dont know much about dutch sites, would it be such a problem to make one of them too?

Yes, but just because you count the people visiting this site. If you dont speak English you wont visit this site at all. And on the other hand, in the former GDR, where I come from, just a few people speak English. All people who went to school in socialistic times had just russian at school but not English. So there are many people who would need something like that.
And finally it looks like that there's a temporary backup forum in the works, so we should wait how that works out.
Like I said, why not more, thatīs not really a big problem.
I dont know how much effort such an action would cause. But as you did a sub forum for the worldcup too, why not try it?
Just my thoughts...

i don't think a dutch forum will be a good idea. We already have one: MEO, they visit this site also, so information will be on there site also.

No worries we don't need a sub-forum, this site will be still a UK forum open for international visitors and useres. Someone is working on a new German site but need some time. :)
