Can you help create a piece of artwork for a community project?

One of our local primary schools is about to start a year long art project. Various events are planned from museum trips to sculpture trails and all sorts!

The theme of the year is community so for example, all the local businesses, groups and children are making a series of sculptures for display about what community means to us 9ine will be posted here when i have finished!!)

One thing planned is for the parents open evening when we are planning to create a series of slideshows to be projected onto each wall in a room and eah show is made by a different group of people. The theme is that these pictures are what community means to each member of a different community.

As this place is a community, if anyone would like to take part, please email me a photo you have taken which you can look at and think community. You don;t have to explain why or anything and the images will be used for one day at the local school and then erased. If you want to join in, email your pictures to yoboglad@gmail.com (*please put the words Community somewhere in the subject line for the spam filter!!!)

Thank you.

Sadly we aren't doing comisions Lucy.

Wait til you see my sculptural masterpiece. The base is six foot square and various points are 8 feet high. In a semi abstract way it creates the suggestions of diversity and differences whilst simultanaeously demonstrating cohesion and unity and retaining an abiding sense of vibrancy!

See, i can do this talking art twaddle right well i can!!!
