Okay, we've had favourite non-Meat Jim works, favourite non-Jim Meat work, favourite Bat album, favourite non-Bat album....
How about what's your favourite album by anyone who isn't Jim or Meat in any way whatsoever? So not written or produced or sang by Jim, and not sang by Meat...
Mine is currently Silver Side Up by Nickelback

At the moment the Tenacious D album, followed by Barclay James Harvest live and Cat Stevens best of. (I buy mostly best of's)
|I am not sure i really have one.
Probably a best of - either Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks or Brad Paisley. Or perhaps Martina McBride and I have been listening to a lot of Gemma Fairweather lately so I really don't know.

Shall I state the obvious lie in this comment or anybody else?:))
I don't follow what yu mean RJ?
I have phases where I listen to one album constantly and then don't hear it for months...
One album that I was more than surprised with was Christina Aguilera's "Stripped". Back in 2003 my good friend recommended it to me, and he's mad on Thin Lizzy and Quo, so I really wasn't sure what to expect from it but it's mega! None of the girly-pop stuff that she did early on, really "hard" stuff like Fighter and Dirrty, with some softer tracks and ballads - really really great

I would much rather listen to country music.
I will admit to owning several Cliff albums but they are not my favourites. I would say almost certainly "Garth Brooks: Double Live".

I like:-
Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run, Darkness On The Edge Of Town
the first four Manic Street Preachers albums
Pink Floyd - DSOTM, WYWH, Animals, The Wall
Radiohead - The Bends, OK Computer
David Gray - White Ladder, Life In Slow Motion
Really, there's so many albums I love, it's impossible to choose a favourite.

I would say either Oasis - What's The Story or Appetite For Destruction - Guns N' Roses.
Springsteen's ... Born To Run
I donīt have something like the ultimate album, but there are some great ones for me:
- OST - Love actually
- Brad Paisley - Mud on the tires
- HIM - Razorblade romance
- Texas - Greatest Hits
- Lifehouse - No name face
- Nickelback - umm, all of them
- The Corrs - MTV Unplugged

two albums that i listen to quite a lot over the last few weeks are Johnny Cash's "The Man Comes Around" and "Every Second Counts" by the Plain White T's, not a very deep or complicated album, has a good sound and catchy melodies though.
Wouldnt call neither of them my favourite album though.
