Yeah the seen those clips to cause they are on the RHPS dvd 25th anniveristy. I also ove the live version from live around the world. I often wondered if the convention was taped or even the whole song
Live around the world's was recorded at a convention in Tallahassee FL, i wish'd he could have done it with the MSO

Basically fast foward the main interviews till you pretty much see ML and Lil Nell singing and acting out the song on stage. I even think Susan Surandon sings back up on it. Can't think of how long till you get to it or if it's into it like an hour or better. All I can say is watch it or have fun hunting for it on fast foward

the original 74 Roxy Cast album is what you want. Meat sings the roles of both Eddie and Dr Scott. And his vocals blow away all the other singers.

Amazon has quite a lot of them, cheapest for about 4€.
Think I´ll order that one.
Anyone owns it?
Is it just the songs (like on the 2001 broadway cast album) or the whole show?

Yes it does! I bought it about 4 weeks ago for £2!
And it's just the songs, but as Meat plays two roles, he's featured more than on the movie soundtrack.

So what is the title I should look for when I am searching
The songs are also better than the movie version and the Hot patootie version certainly outdoes them all!

the CD version obviously came out later. Cd's weren't around in 1974 ;)
It's well worth getting - you can see how much they changed bits between the stage show and the movie version.
