It was 25 years ago today i saw Meat for the first time, i was 13 and remember every miniute of it, it was awsome, listening back his voice was not the best but no one seemed to care. i remember the last song was Gimmie Shelter by the stones. It was my first ever Concert...:-P

Tickets were 7.50 with no support act

In the football episode of Life On Mars, Sam holds up a Man U v Man City ticket, you can clearly see the price: 35p!!!! :shock: Just shows how inflation has rocketed in 34 years! :lol:

But anyway, great memories for you, I'm sure! :D It's always nice to remember the day you first see someone who has made a big impact on your life. :-)

Not quite 25 years, but today is 11 years since my first Meat show at Newcastle in 1996, when this monstrosity was taken! :p

Well it's either one or two things...either Lucy and RJ are somehow related...or you like to imagine RJ as a young girl (which my friend would be a very scary thought to comprehend)
