I know that it was a b side once, and assuming from the sound of the voice, I would guess from the WTTN-era, but can anybody tell me the b side to which single it was?
and if he ever did it live.

Make sure you find the right version. There's another one with live performances of Where The Rubber Meets The Road and I'd Lie For You from the Beacon Theater show.

You do realise you can get it free...
The CD is lovely though, I really nice gatefold jobby with a textured black front and the writing in silver (I think) - a nice one to have!
