In saying if you could ban you'd start everyday with a smile, it implys that you'd ban someone everyday. As i'm sure this couldn't be the same person everyday (well actually it could as Andy or another mod would probably reinstate them straight after lol) eventually there would be no members left if you did it daily. So it would end up being banning everyone
