An episode of Frozen Planet on tv. This show in just incredible !!! ... How all these beautiful animals manage to live in such a land is just amazing... Next up is how the female Empire penguins have been out to sea for three months, filling up on fish to feed to their mates and newly hatched babes... Out the water they come and then have to walk 70 miles !!! ... Gawd, we've got it easy !!! ...

In the car it has been the UK release of HIAHB, and while exercising it has been the second cd in the HCTB deluxe set ;)

Nothing like listening to something live and upbeat while sweating it out :) In the car for me, it has to be easy listening, but with a good beat ;) Which is all of Meats stuff, but HIAHB really does it for me at the moment :)

I must say though, :lol: on 60 Minutes Sunday night, Aerosmith was interviewed, which was quite interesting ;) Anyway, they had a snippet of Love in a elevator (live), and now I can't get it out of my head :lol: Must go and dig up my Aerosmith album at some stage ;)
