Groan... yes yes we have a spare room for you... for the night is it? If it is we have a room in the proper b and b part. If you are staying for a long time then you can go to the residents part where theres quite a few rooms.

Is there preferential rates in the residential part? May be cheaper than going home to my family...

stay there it's 50 pound a month very cheap!
