Alright...so I get into the car to go home...stare at my dashboard and have NO clue what to do next...took me a good minute or two to figure out what to do in order to drive...

Senility...and they say old age has it's advantage...what? Where???

Also, watched this guy in rush hour on 4 lane busy highway going from left lane to right and back...just because...all the way....how bored or suicidal was he???

Chris? No, he's slightly shorter and thinner in real life.

RadioMaster 24 Apr 2007 17:45

oh god, didnt expect re-organizing/catalogizing (is that a word?)/burning on CD of all the important music I have on my HD to be THAT much work!

Did the important things now left are:

Burning of 8 CDs
Saving the music from 4 cds on HD
Extracting the sound of 5 DVDs
Extracting the sound of 5 vinyl records
and re-naming of about 300 files into artist - song.mp3 or Musical -Track_song.mp3 scheme

SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!! :pray::panic:

Monstro 24 Apr 2007 20:41

Dare we ask?

AndyK 24 Apr 2007 20:44

Hard drive failure ... you'd think working in IT that I'd know better than to put off doing a back up till later this week wouldn't you?

LucyK! 24 Apr 2007 20:46

However, Mr K and Smoggy are replacing stuff as we speak so all will be good

AndyK 24 Apr 2007 20:48

All other contributions will however be gratefully received!! :))

Monstro 24 Apr 2007 20:49

Back up????? You'd think I'd do it after losing two computers, one of those "it's on my to do list" things!!!

LucyK! 24 Apr 2007 20:50

That includes cash.

AndyK 24 Apr 2007 20:50

AndyK 24 Apr 2007 21:56

It'll make more than a loud clunk when it hits you on the back of the head as a present for being so helpful in my time of need :p

Henry VIII had six wives ... so that'd be 12 other halves, or 3 other halfs depending on where the other other half was.

My original comment was regarding George III ...

See that's History and Astro-physics :))
