Neil, now that you've found your 'weak spot', so to speak, you can carry on as you said, and eventually work the smoking at the gigs down to nothing. I definitely agree that you should be very happy with your progress. It shows how determined you have become to quit, or minimum, cut way down. I know from relatives and friends that quitting smoking is very, very tough.
