Worth buying??? Did you mean that Duke will give you one as a gift??? Either duke?

RadioMaster 19 Oct 2008 19:32

oh, I WILL buy it, eventually. Just wanna know if it's so good that I have to get it right away, or if it's good, so I can wait a few weeks/months till i get around to it.

Is this how you bought ML albums (no sarcasm here - really curious)

RadioMaster 19 Oct 2008 19:51

everything that came before Bat3, yep. From Bat3 on, first day of release, at about 9am.

I'm probably 80% ML/Steinman fan, and 20% DS fan, so it's a bit different.

the duke has been working hard developing his music and growing audiences steadily since 02 i think.... and working in the industry since 97 ish... but i know what you mean, starting to get much more critical acclaim, airtime and recognition :D

mszee 20 Oct 2008 00:51

See...this is what it is to me...some of the previous songs had also lighthearted music...like Portrait...but listen to the lyrics and they blow you away...here...well, you know what...I am not being fair...I did order the album and it's on the way and I will listen to the whole thing not online attached to the computer but the way I like to listen to music...in the dark, by myself and listening to songs that I like 1000 times over and over again...then I will be more fair with my opinion...but honestly honestly honestly...those Sweet Kisses blew me out of the water the same way as Freewheel did...only in opposite way...
