The other X-Men films I didn't think much of but this I thought it was a really good movie.

Just watched Wall-E - AGAIN :(

Are you gay?
Are you working?"

Underworld Rise of the Lycans. Not bad, and has the always excellent Michael Sheen (good Welsh boy!) and the simply stunning Rhona Mitra, so worth watching!

Blade - not terribly impressed....

:heart:Jailhouse Rock (1957) - Elvis Presley

One of his better movies, though if I am honest I am not keen on his character, Vince Everett in this as he's rude and inconsiderate but boy he's gorgeous as hell lol Anyway it's a great movie with fab songs and a brilliant story line.
There is a tragedy linked to this film however, a new actress, Judy Tyler was to make it big time with her role as Peggy but sadly shortly after the film finished her and her husband died in a car crash so didn't get to see the finished film. Elvis and Judy had grown close over filming but she wasn't intersted romantically as she was married but they became close friends and it's said that her death affected him deeply and as a result he didn't attend the film's premiere and neither did he watch Jailhouse Rock after either.

I've just done the opposite, watched the film and now I'm flicking through the special illustrated hardback plus the hardback illustrated edition of Holy Blood And Holy Grail, very, very interesting.

Paul Is Dead

Wonderful coming-of-age movie about a young Beatles fan in 1980s Germany who is confronted with the alleged death of Paul McCartney. Especially interesting if you know the weird stories circling around the cover of the Abbey Road LP. :))
