Here's your motivation...depending on the weather, either have a duvet day or a basking in the sun day...do nothing today but sleep, eat, read, watch TV and listen to music...whatever you do have to do...you don't really have to do it...PLUS...you have a lifetime to do it all...so who cares...

Friday...JD and Beer...bad...Saturday...rugby and boxing and beer...good...Sunday time with family and watching Liverpool win 5-0 brilliant.
