A good general rule :-). Ever tried low-fat cheese? Ugh! I just buy the strongest cheese I can find, but cut it really really thin!

I'm on a low-salt diet, and the only real way to cut salt is to cook/make everything yourself using raw ingredients.

By it's very definition Low-Fat anything is the devils food, and should be avoided at all costs.

I'm convinced there's a market for Extra Lard food.
