Good morning all.
Had a fantastic time watching Speedway lastnight.... today i'm going to mingle with the rich and famous on Cowes seafront on the Isle of Wight as it is Cowes week here this week.

sholud start going back to middlesbrough/redcar now it was a good time,have been to cowes a few times have a family member on one of the boats its quite good ,even better when the sun shines...

I miss everybody too...it's just very hard to use computer in general...I think it's mouse...I can't even touch the damn thing...and the docs can't fix me except for a surgery which I ain't ready for...already had my epidurals and they did exactly nothing for me...so...learning to live with this...
