Had a fantastic time watching Speedway lastnight.... today i'm going to mingle with the rich and famous on Cowes seafront on the Isle of Wight as it is Cowes week here this week.

It's cows week every week for me, can see a big field full of them from our window.

I miss everybody too...it's just very hard to use computer in general...I think it's mouse...I can't even touch the damn thing...and the docs can't fix me except for a surgery which I ain't ready for...already had my epidurals and they did exactly nothing for me...so...learning to live with this...

Backs are badly designed i know people in their late 20s that have constant pain How sucessful is the surgery? XXX
