why do ryanair change their prices daily???????????????

 I think the fluctuation has something to do with the pilots are getting better every day (price goes up) against the sandwiches getting staler (price goes down).

Not 100% on the exact formula (i.e. a rotation system concerning one more days experience of a pilot upping the cost of the cost of the ticket, the second days also effecting the ticket price in the upward direction, until the third day when the butties start going a bit smelly and dragging the price very slightly below what it stood as before the first day. Thus, as every third day results in say, a half days experience for the pilot, the price is in a very slowly arching up on the whole, but always on a downturn on the day the sandwiches start going green.
There's also the matter of how thinck the rubber on the wheels is.Thicker rubber means safer plane = higher cost, but as the tires thin, and an effort is made to get a bit more use out of them, price comes down in the leadup to the day they finally bite the bullet and buy some new goddam tires, which in turn, increases the price to the ticket buyer.)

Of course, I must state that this is only a theory, and not stated as fact, therefore ryainair cannot get the hump with me and sue my ass

I can only hope no-one from Ryanair is reading this post, otherwise they'll realise they can charge for tyres in a safety capacity and they'll be slapping an extra charge on at the checkout....

Sounds about right tho'...

the moral of the story is.... don't book flights early if you want cheap flights ;)

Hypnobabe 23 Oct 2009 19:14

Bit of excitement for a Friday night... someone's been stabbed and died just up the road from me.... and no, I didn't do it... Police are calling the death 'unexplained', apparently....

I'd have thought the explanation was that someone stabbed him, but maybe that's just me...

Battybarb 24 Oct 2009 00:10
