Well, I can tell you what would be the first thing I would have done as a moderator...I would have banned a few people...including you...and out of love for you...only for a month or so...so I can get a break from you but love you even more when you come back...

In answer to the question (if I remember rightly) a mod can ban another mod, but not a super mod or admin.

A super mod can ban a mod or another super mod, but not an admin.

An admin can ban anyone.

That's not quite corrcect, mods cannot ban anybody. They can however hand out a 100 points infraction which actually equals a permaban. And admins can ban everyone except one user. Rest is true iirc.
