he said the same about Million Dollar Baby, though

The last film I seen was "The Green Mile" to me it's one of the best films of all time. The first time I seen it I was nearly in tears. Stephen King is a genius.
agree. was about 12 when i first saw it. especially the execution scene made me speechless.

Million Dollar Baby is also a fantastic film, and is guaranteed to make me blubber....

As for The Green Mile, read the book RJ, if you haven't already, there's a few things that get explained a bit better... still, it's one of the best King adaptations out there, along with The Shawshank Redemption.

Does this refer to the original movie or the remake?

The last movie I saw had a similar title: Haunted with Aidan Quinn and Kate Beckingsale.

The remake very terrible movie.

Taken :lurk:

It was one of the best film I've ever seen.. I don't like most of action films because they are not credible..

Taken was convincing.. It could really happen.. :yep:

Watched this a while ago. Liam Neeson is brilliant in it, such a good and surprising film.

Evil One 31 Jul 2009 21:40

Watchmen. Overly long and a bit too arty farty. It picks up towards the end though.

Moon (2009)
Pretty good I'd say. Glad there was something else on at the cineplex besides "Harry Potter and the half brain dead story".

A bit of a homage to 2001. If you liked that then you will probably like this too.

RadioMaster 02 Aug 2009 10:33

X Men ... still good

Pudding 02 Aug 2009 11:16

Transformers, the first one. Watched it with the kids for the first time and it was pretty good.
