So many things in your life that you're bound to regret
"Why didn't I do that? Why didn't I do this?"
So many chances you lost that you'll never forget
"Why didn't I make it? Why didn't I take it right there?"

I've got a fantastic fridge magnet that sounds like it would suit you too Helen... says "My idea of housework is to sweep the room with a glance".....

Can I go back to bed ?!!

suzieq 26 Apr 2010 14:10

I'm in the middle of a tornado warning. Better shut this thing down and unplug.

since when are metro style no. plates illegal???

the legal ones look shite :(

allrevvedup 26 Apr 2010 15:31

Meat is the 60 second interview in today's edition of the Metro...so it should get some good exposure since it's handed out at every Bus and Luas stop around Dublin

I do like the sound of that a lot!

However, as it happens, I did housework (well not all of it, obviously - just enough of it), I finished some minutes for work and then painted three walls, half a door and a windowledge *insert angelic emoticon here* (and then spent a whole hour cleaning brushes and rollers :-( ) Overall a productive day :-)

from the inferior Blues Brothers 2000, but yeah now that you mention it, it does look a bit like him!

Sue K 27 Apr 2010 11:43

perhaps an obscure thought ? (will have to look that one up) ... or what i call... the floating thought ? ... however...

"i knohhhw ...hehehe... been there... done that... and ... i'm probably old enough to be your mother... but ... thanks anyroad... i suppose you mean well..." ...

allrevvedup 27 Apr 2010 13:11

duke knooby 27 Apr 2010 13:31

the price was too good to be true... now they want another 28 quid

allrevvedup 27 Apr 2010 13:46

I'd haggle with them, i'm sure you can get that kidney cheaper on the black market!

daveake 27 Apr 2010 13:50

DIY could be cheaper still ...

duke knooby 27 Apr 2010 13:54

delivery for england/wales 12 quid, delivery for me.... 40 quid

sod that

daveake 27 Apr 2010 14:00

It's the weight of all that ice they use.

AndyK 27 Apr 2010 14:20

You can get it delivered here and we'll keep it in the fridge till you're ready to collect it.

Sue K 27 Apr 2010 14:23

... i'm thinking of investing in a bicycle ... the walk seemed so long this morning ... it could be due to my bio-rhythms being off... i'm wearing my winter coat and looking at Spring flowers ... ... it's a bit too surreal and does not give my mind peace ... lol ...

Very generous! That's a lot of beer-space you'll be giving up ...

Sue K 27 Apr 2010 14:26

i don't need too fuss of a bike... i had an old style but good stock of one about 25 years back ... and paid 25 bucks from the used bike shop for it ... i loved that bike... the last i remember... it may have been left behind last time we moved... perhaps what i don't remember was it was in need of repair of some sort ? ... my husband did buy me one for Christmas about 20 years back... it's in the basement... perhaps i could trade it in for a new one... i never quite took to this one... pretty (pink) ... but too gadgety ...
