Had to go to church last night. wasn't looking forward to it as had cold, and didn't want to go outside, and the priest who did a very short, fast, speedy mass has been relocated, so the whole city is devastated that he's gone. In his place is a slightly more sedate fellow who has been driving his new parishoners mad with longer masses.
But oh my goodness, he is so funny! He doesn't mean to be, he just is, he cracks me up! He has an almost Julian Clary-like voice, and his motions are occasionally a bit OTT, it's rather camp! My godmother said of him he'd have made his parents a wonderful daughter!:lmao: I can't watch him and listen to him at the same time without wanting to burst out laughing!
He's also really friendly and smiles a lot, every time he smiles I want to laugh. had to go to him for Communion, and he knows my family with my brother being a priest, so he smiled at me when I went to him, I managed just to smile back, but struggled to keep straight face for the following few minutes.
But oh bless him, he's really sweet, but you can't help but laugh!:lol:
