is that the one where the mobster got his toes chopped off?

The Flying Mouse 28 Jan 2010 11:52

 No, it's not that film mate.
It is the one where a columbian gangster gets his ball shot off by a mafia hitman in a toilet.

"OK, you win the pissin' contest, and I win the shootin'"

RadioMaster 28 Jan 2010 15:39

was it the one where Meat had the cameo as that bar-bully?

btw, last movie ive seen was the bourne ultimatum, had to turn it off half way through too many, too long car chases and too little storyline.

Came across this film by accident as I was looking for the film of the same name which has Meat in it.

:p

RadioMaster 28 Jan 2010 19:32

well on the other hand there are loads of movies that fall into that category
I have a whole shelf full of ML movies, most of which I've seen maybe once or twice. Was just wondering which one it was...

 And then there's The Spice Girl movie that you watch 3 times a day without fail :raspberry:

Not sure what to watch tonight.
Thinking of Jack The Ripper with Michael Caine.

Skeleton 29 Jan 2010 09:46

The Mighty..

It's so wonderful film.. :D

AndyK 29 Jan 2010 10:47

Watched The History Boys last night.

Enjoyable, Alan Bennett at his writing best but watching a bunch of southern actors trying to do a Yorkshire accent was a little cringeworthy at times :s

KebLou 29 Jan 2010 15:25

Princess and the Frog and The Lovely Bones, both of which were pretty good. I'd recommend both :) The Lovely Bones was really well directed and used sound really well, although not all of the book is there, but then that's to be expected. The Princess and the Frog is well a Disney film enough said.

RadioMaster 29 Jan 2010 19:17

wasnt a movie, but I watched Tenacious D live in Seatlle on DVD last night.

RadioMaster 30 Jan 2010 10:20

Cruel Intentions on blu ray
awesome to see one of my favourite movies in such a great quality :D
followed by Wes Craven's 'Cursed'
On of those 'its so cheesy, its funny' horror movies

snider22 30 Jan 2010 16:22

Final Destination

then

Speed Racer

Sue K 31 Jan 2010 04:32

... Sleepy Hollow ... starring the deppie one ... deppie films were on cable most of the day ... so we had a pretty deppie day ... :D ...

RadioMaster 31 Jan 2010 06:28

The Matrix
one of the best and most intelligent action films of the 90s, not even mentioning the revolutionary special effects!
followed by
Mimic
This is as good as a b-movie can get! Although nothing for people who have problems with insects. They actually thought of a REASON for the insects to mutate, not just atomic contamination or something like that. Have to say I was a bid disappointed with the end though, when the guy suddenly survived after all with no explanation whatsoever.

I watched Hard to Kill last night. I havent seen that one yet. I am trying to see all Steven Seagal films right now.

thanks for the feedback... i'm not real big on computer art in films ... the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy had just the right enough touch for me ... and when i'd see the ad for Avatar on tv... the blue people kind of freak me out ... lol ...

last film i've seen is The Replacements... starring Keanu Reeves ...

The Flying Mouse 01 Feb 2010 20:24

 Let Him Have It.
True life crime drama based on the case of Derek Bentley.

RadioMaster 02 Feb 2010 18:15

Evil One 02 Feb 2010 20:07
