Brilliant innings from Mr Agar. Totally absorbing. Actually wanted him to make a ton. What a start to the series.

do I stake a claim as he was playing for the club of my birthplace a few weeks ago?
match is beautifully poised, though.
proper test match tension.
can't understand why our American friends on here haven't embraced this wonderful sport. You don't know what you're missing!!

Cheers guys! I've got 35 unaided (they'll be aided by that I mean someone holding my feet) sit ups in 50 seconds and I have a minute to do 35.

Easily do 20 press ups in 30 seconds, again a minute to do 20.

Run should be alright I'll put Bat or another suitable song on.

Got plenty or Bruce and Meat to get me pumped up.

Meat and Bruce are not the best for getting you pumped for fitness mate, you need metal, try PAIN- ON AND ON

Knowing you're going to fail doesn't make it any easier to deal with when it happens.

Tell me about it! :bicker:

Over an hour from the M3 to the M40 last night, and then over an hour to cover Junctions 14 to 16 of the M6 later on ... boy did I have a thirst for beer when I finally got home!
