Last film we watched was The Queen, and it was very very good. I'd heard some really good reviews and some equally bad ones but we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We had imagined it to be a very one sided account of what happened during "that week" after Diana's death but it did a very good job of showing it from the points of view of Tony Blair, the Queen as a public figure and also the Queen as a parent and Grandparent. Great film :up:

Yesterday I took the plunge and bought the Special 2 disc Shake & Shimmy Edition of :heart: Hairspray :heart: and I was up till a little after six watching the extra bits and I think my highlight has to be seeing the cast in the recording studio and they had a clip of John doing his;
#Hey Tracy, Hey baby, Look at me I'm the cutest chickie that you ever did see.# Loved that bit though it was weird see him sing that not in costume but I still have stacks loads to get through and I also loved the deleted scenes and Tracy's number that was cut from the film is a beautiful track. So yes love it :heart:. |

the last film i saw was today i went to watch Alien vs Preditor Requiem at the cinema where i work, it is very good, they have left it open for another one i reckon,

The last film i went and watched was 'Enchanted' with my husband. it is quite a good film, with some good comedy in it. we did fel like frauds as we did not take any children with us to watch it, and everyone else had kids withem LOL!
