what are the worst symptoms of dehydration..(apart from headaches and blackouts)? I have only had 12 glasses of water all week and i think its affecting me in some horrid way

DEHYDRATION

Main symptoms:

Headaches
Thirst
Irritability & Confusion
When you pinch the back of your hand - the skin does not bounce back as quickly as normal

Worst case senario:

ACIDOSIS
Accumulation of waste products in the body

To help restore these symptons take some "still" isotonic glucose drinks.

For the headaches - there is a new stick on the market - I think it is called FOREHEAD - you just wipe it across your head & it takes affect from the outside inwards.
