To mszee they are characters from a comedy series in the nineties called bottom.
It was very slapstick and crude and vulgar and it happens to be one of my favourite shows.

Well, it's gone half one in the morning and my 13 year old is complaining that she isn't allowed on the computer. Roll on her 18th birthday. 'Cause then.... I CAN MOVE OUT!!!
