Ick, I hate her music. I was never made for the pop generation though.

You may not like it and I respect that, it would be bloody boring if we all liked the same thing but credit to her she plays guitar and does write her own material AND she can sing live, not many artists in the pop world today can or won't do that and I think that what makes Katy Perry stand out and is unique ;).

and possibly thats why i am disillusioned with mainstream music these days... the real talent can be found out there, off the radar! ;)
