What sort of i-Pod is it, RJ? I have a video one with the wheel on the front, and an i-Pod touch. The first one was fine, the second wasn't recognised, and I went onto the apple site and their support docs, (can't remember what i did, mind you, but apparently it's a common problem with the i-Pod touch) but it sorted it out...

i have an i pod nano, the new one with the video function...
the guy at the hotline said it was a common problem, too.

What's the best thing for pain relief if paracetamol, ibuprofen and antibiotics aren't working?!

Anadin extra always does it for me where nothing else is working - aspirin and paracetamol together, with a smidgeon of caffeine too...

Failing that, (as long as the antibiotics allow) try alcohol in large quantities.

Anadin, Nurofen and Cuprofen aren't working...pharmacist said no alcohol but it doesn't say that on the leaflet :cheers:

I recommend a trip to the doc for some stronger painkillers. Tylex is very good but it's prescription only.

Paracetamol and codine soluble tablets are very good and quick working
