Now the Ghost of Tom Joad album. I may need to go bootleg hunting, what a fantastic album.

It took me a while to get into it, but it's a great album- some of his best story-telling. I also rate the title track as one of the best songs he's ever written. There are some good boots from the Joad tour- I like Paris 5/26/97 (some vids you-know-where ;)) Also, look for Stockholm '96 (Cirkus Night), and Brixton Night (4/24/96).

Will look into this!

Utter madness this was not the lead single / driving force of Hang Cool Teddy Bear. And should have been opening song on album and shows. Such a thrilling song. Arena audiences would have gone berserk for this one during the 2010 tour I bet. Imagine Meat singing "It's a bend-out, burned-out, [bloodhound] ---day of the week of show--- night....
