Well, first round of so called holidays is completed...don't think I ever had such a bad Thanksgiving...round two tomorrow but at least it's at cousin's house and should be marginally better...

Jonty...it's the best venue EVER!!! He is in Joe's Pub in NYC...it's great...sort of our equivalent of Liverpool Cavern where all new artists are being tried and discovered...Of course, it's much nicer, cleaner, beautiful with great food, drinks and service...I am SO excited...

There is another venue posted somewhere in Brooklyn but that venue doesn't have posting yet for a concert...so have to check it every day. Both concerts are on a weekdays but what the heck...

I think it's kind of fitting that I will see Duke where I've met Jim Steinman...

ARGH Ruth Lorenzo has been voted off x factor - she sang always by Bon Jovi and it was AMAZING and stupid eoghan got through, his voice is a whisper compared to hers. Hmph.

Erm the honest answer is NO! My Mam got 2 tickets to see Cliff Richard when she retired from work as a leaving present. She loves him to bits, but at the time had no one to go with her so she asked muggins! I agreed cos she really likes him and it was a chance in a lifetime for her to see him ... the last and only time she saw him was when she was 15 or 16 which was a long time ago!

She really enjoyed the show which I was so glad ... I think she'll still be on cloud nine! I enjoyed a few of his old tracks ... but I'm afraid he's just not my cup of tea and if she wants to go and see him again I've told her to see my sister it's her turn!
