this is EXACTLY what I am telling myself too. It's also not affecting me as badly as some of my colleagues, but they are understandably upset and that in turn is upsetting. The GOOD thing is no one is losing their jobs but think i'm in a midst of pessimists at the moment...some of them are losing quite a bit...so whole service is in unrest.

We went through this already and are learning to adjust...it's going ok...

In other news...I was recommended for a job - people would have hired me sight unseen...BUT...they don't want even to match what I am making with a pay cut now...it's not enough that there are no jobs...but those that are there - no longer pay...so hang in there and hope for the best...just hang in there and I promise, it does get better...
