Two weeks? You're lucky, I've been waiting a month for one item I've won.

We have put in an offer and the current owner has been in touch adn said they think we might have a deal.

So we are not really sure whether that is a firm acceptance or not - waiting until monday when the solicitors get involved.

We have the Yorkshire Edition where you buy such places as Wellington St or Skipton! With yorkshire Bank money and the YEB and Yorkshire Water.

"Tha's Come in last in yon beauty contest tha great gormless lump. Pay up £75"

Cue 20 minutes of arguing amongst the players about whether you have to pay up given you never actually applied to enter contest in the first place.

A good game of yorkshire Monopoly lasts for days. mainly because all the players are arguing for rent reductions and refusing to stop in the hotels: "No worries lad. I'll kip in t'car on front stoop instead"
