This is good, I've been out to take my littley to school, had some lunch (if you can call two buttered scones and a Flake lunch...) and been for a wobble on the bike, and I'M STILL WINNING!!!

No, we don't call that lunch ... where's your other 4 portions of fruit/veg? The odd sultana (assuming it was a fruit scone) will not get you victory :))
