The Freebird part of the encore. But only in England, in Wales and Scotland (and I presume Ireland) he played another guitar.

The cricket is making me cry, don't bowl Clarke, you may as well put Hussey on (Who I hear can bowl a very good wrong'un). Give the ball back to Smith with Siddle or Harris on the other end! And for gods sake don't ever, ever, ever give the ball back to Watson!

melon 27 Dec 2010 07:40

So what do they now do? They give Watson the ball! Puh-Lees!

allrevvedup 27 Dec 2010 10:55

Burst pipe in our kitchen caused a nice bit of havoc last night, thankfully we got a plumber out to sort it. He got to us at 11pm and still had 5 more houses to visit, even Santa doesn't do that much overtime...but then Santa wasn't charging as much as the Plumber was!

If ricky ponting would stop arguing with the umpire his team might have more confidence in him.

Either way it's England's to lose now.

Yeah what the hell was that all about, he may have looked like he hit it but clearly he didn't. Plus, what the hell is he doing playing, he has a broken finger and can't even field a ground ball with 2 hands. All I can hope for is a draw this game and the Aussies to somehow win the last test.

Yep, goodbye ashes again. Hopefully our girls can beat your girls too, one day series after these few T20's against NZ, then we have the Ladies Ashes match too, then back to NZ for the rest of the Rose Bowl series. There are some T20's V the england girls in there somewhere too, plus my state team gets to play a couple of tour matches agains the England girls too.

But it's okay for your email address to be completely hacked, thus putting you and your family at risk of identity fraud + sending out spam to everyone you know, thus these people also receiving private email addresses publicly?

You should sort your priorities out before you are allowed back onto the internet!

I don't have any problem with people unfortunately have being subject to internet scams or hacks, in fact I think it a shame and will do my best to help, which I did by pointing this out to you months ago. But to then for you to have the audacity to suggest you don't have time to do anything about it whilst you are busy accepting farmville requests on Facebook really takes the piss in my opinion. Flipping ridiculous.

Sue K 28 Dec 2010 15:37

My thought is that I truly wish the issue with Emma's F/B and email spamming would be taken to PM because I was enjoying reading the discussion re: cricket and sharing thoughts on Rockwell paintings. This shouting back and forth with anger is upsetting. Thanks.

A good point, well made, but don't forget folks we have a policy not to allow members to post the personal details of another member without consent.
This includes names, addresses, e mail addys, phone numbers etc.

Logically, we should also include links to where that information can be obtained.

Also if you have issues with another member concerning e mail, please discuss it via e mail (or at least via PM if it must be done on here) rather than on open forum.
Cheers

Grrrreat. At least I can rely on our girls to win the ashes back ha ha. 22-25 January in Sydney, we only get one test though, and its a 4 day test not a 5 day test.

Major changes need making to the blokes team, keep Haddin, Hussey, Smith & Siddle, get rid of the rest!

Oh sorry tink, its just the form of the game, so you have a Test Match... 5 days or there abouts, then there are One Day games, which is 50 overs a side (An over is made of 6 balls, so 300 Balls total for an innings) and a T20 is 20 overs a side and is a quicker more exciting form of the game.

Had a wow moment today. My son, 5yrs old....requested to listen to AFL via Ipod in the car. I selected and he said, "No mommy, Not that one. The LIVE one from the Hang Cool Teddy Bear case." I turned around and said, How do you know it's different. He said, "the word "do" is different at the end." So, for giggles I put the LATW on...he said "no mommy, that's the older one." LMAO, not sure who gave him the history lesson of ML. But hey he wants what he wants. I finally accommodated the young padawan.

And imMOSTHUMBLEOFOPINES... lol ... THAT'S what a New Year is all about ! The world/ Father Time/ Mother Naytch/ the Babylonians/ and/ or whomever it was decided to create a New Year has offered us a chance for a do-over. It's a time to sit back and reflect; what you didn't do last year, but wanted to do. Concentrate on it more this year... but most of all ?

HAVE FUN !!! BE AS HAPPY AS POSSIBLE though I know there's those moments of trials and tribs... I DO... I DO know... but think back and remember the ones you thought you would die from ... and didn't !!!

AND BE AS KIND AS POSSIBLE TO ONE ANOTHER AS WELL !! All that the human-race has is itself. Peace out !!!
