My eyes burn....

I sing a line of Hallelujah and mum looks at me weird,

Me - "I was singing Hallelujah, it was on the TV...."

Mum - "Oh, I thought you were in agony or something..."

No need to worry about my mum giving me false visions of a grand singing voice! lol

If it's not older than 360 days - no problem.

 So far as I can tell, older posts don't have the like button on them

duke knooby 10 Apr 2012 22:22

if one chose to "like" something, then after a period of time decided they no longer "liked" the post they previously "liked", could they "unlike" and remove there "like" or would it continue to show them "liking" something they no longer like?

and the sad fact is, no main stream car manufacturer had a better spring/damper combination than peugeot in the 80's and mid 90's. sadly the last great handling car they made was the 106 gti... how did peugeot go from greatness to mediocre so quickly???

duke knooby 15 Apr 2012 03:51

simply i think pauls thread has had a great response overall, and i'm quite sure if meat had a similar thread he might see a better side to the forum than he is currently focusing on, but i fully understand its not up to me or the people here to request that off meat, (yes, i realise its quite cheeky for me to have asked the question).. but i see meat seems rather unhappy with what he has read, and i trust our mod team will know what is best (ie to delete all this or not)

duke knooby 15 Apr 2012 04:23

You talking about that one asking if Meat would answer questions? I think it would be good if he was ok with it. Of course, people would need to make sure it all stays on topic & respectful. But I think Pauls production thread is going very well

If what you and EO are talking about is the Fix It thread, I'm in total accord. There's no "fixing" able to be done, imo ... just every one try their best to "talk" in a clear way and try their best not to offend... and if an offense happens, then apologize... Oh, we laughed at Rodney King when he said those now infamous CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG years ago ... but... out of the mouths of criminals can at times come truths ...
