Wow. One is fleeting to my thinking, although with love and luck, a gratifying moment and memories we all strive for in enjoyment and satisfaction... The other is an 'inward thing' that if attained will hopefully bring us peace and personal fulfillment rather than that of the body, and the rewards of living a life that achieves the goals of the higher aspirations.

It is Einsteins theory of special relativaty. It means that the maximum Energy (E) posessed by an object is equal to the mass (m) of the object, multiplied by the speed of light (c) squared. Bascially it sums up that mass and energy are essentailly different forms of the smae property and that relative little mass cna produce large amounts of energy and vast quantities of energy are required to produce fairly small amounts of a substance. and also that energy can be released from mass but cannot be created. And vice versa, mass can be created using energy but not by any other means.
