Sebastian. 06 Dec 2013 21:33

10.4 Today. Quite happy with that seeing as it's so cold outside and cold running is harder. Should be able to beast 9.10 in the hall at Halton.

It's horrible feel like my lungs are on fire. Didn't think it would be that much of a problem.

tonyloaf 06 Dec 2013 23:21

Hits your chest like a punch, plus it's a struggle to get the hamstring warm and could cause a tear

Sebastian. 06 Dec 2013 23:29

Yeah just going to go to the gym and treadmill it. Army says put the treadmill on a 1 or 2% incline and it replicates the bleep test perfectly.

Guy 07 Dec 2013 21:57

1st.
Quoting an electrical job at Ann Sumners factory near Croydon. Interesting.
2nd.
I may be sometime. ;0)

I finshed my examen, my presentaion and now getting rest from the stress of the last 6 month.

Great feeling to be independent and not getting treated worse anymore from people who think the know and are able to do everything.

Thank you everyone who supported me in this time and believed in me.
It really helped. :!:

Everybody have a nice day!!

Cheers, pretty basic fitness test and there will be about 50 of us all in the same boat - passed the PJFT so should be passable.

I can't believe a post on Facebook has prompted tears of happiness over something that happened in 2011.

tonyloaf 12 Dec 2013 23:15

Have you not logged in since 2011?

Sebastian. 12 Dec 2013 23:44

Last day of training before PRTC.

Decided to up it to 4% inclince today - manged 13kmh level 11 before bailing. So Wednesday should be doable.

tonyloaf 12 Dec 2013 23:46

I'm doing one day a week cardio the rest resistance

Guy 12 Dec 2013 23:50

im doing resistance to biscuits this week.
Finding it very difficult. :0(

Sebastian. 12 Dec 2013 23:52

I've just worked on running as I'm only in fear of the bleep test. I can run 1.5 miles in 10.45 in July and probably sub 10:30 now - so I'm hoping I'l beast it to level 9.10.

When I've done the bleep test outside in last couple of weeks outside I've found it quite hard I can get to 9.10 but it's hard. I'm sure running in Finley Gym with 20 other people with a nicer running surface than concrete and no sub 10C will be easier + the adrenaline.

Guy 13 Dec 2013 00:02

I have faith in you Seb. The bleep test can go f**k itself.

Sebastian. 13 Dec 2013 15:08

4% incline "bleep test" up to 13.5KM/H, then 0% incline 8KM/H jog for 2 minutes then 14kKM/H 1KM run. Nothing until wednesday now.

Come at me MSFT.
