Watching the Golden Globes there are 7 things I want to point out:

1 I want Ricky Gervais back

2 I don't get the appeal of Jimmy Fallon. I'm still waiting for him to actually have one funny moment (and not just at the Globes)

4 Not every award needs a political speech. I get it, Trump is bad and Hollywood hates him for it (eventhough I agree I don't need to see it at an award event)

Just sadden by it. I love IMDB boards. So on February 20th all the boards will be deleted on the site. This means no more Message Boards all together on celebs, movies, tv shows, and all the others. I signed it but I do understand why they are closing down. I never saw so many trolls and haters spamming all the movie boards as on IMDB. It was just no fun anymore. :(

Indeed you did, since I was attacking celebrities for their sheepish hypocritical attitude towards politicians or reactions to what is in the news rather than attacking actual politicians or their policies in that opening.

This particular woman could have voted for Hillary or for one of the independents or not at all for all I know. It doesn't really bother me. I was merely fascinated by her dress in amongst the usual anti Trump rhetoric now associated with awards shows and what has subsequently happened to her record sales.

If you think the celebrities at awards shows are doing a great job that's fine with me. I think a lot of their speeches are typical hot air from the NIMBY-ism kind.

You know politics is heated topic and will ALWAYS invite debate. People have such different opinions. If you truly don't want to debate politics, then don't post about it!
