If you're talking about the Hitchcock one (dont know if there are any other movies titled Vertigo around) then this is maybe the most boring movie he ever made.
But on the other hand, I like the birds, and many people dont like that one.

Unfortunately, I've experienced Vertigo on my own damn skin yesterday...scary crap...
